These are my transcriptions, prone, as usual, to my errors. The original spelling, punctuation, inter-word spacing, and line formats are all preserved. Interestingly enough, someone in the Registry office took the trouble to underline the typos; the least I can do is show them too.

Kimball, of Salisbury, all within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Bertha M. Brown, of Providence, in the state of Rhose Island, all unmarried, for consideration paid, grant to Ida W. Olson of said Milford, with QUITCLAIM covenants a certain parcel of land, including all buildings thereon, on the southeasterly side of Main Street, in said MILFORD, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Begin- ning at a stone bound at the westerly corner of the granted premises on the southeasterly side of said street at land of Fannie W. Nelson; thence S. 40° E. by said Nelson land 132 feet to a stone bound at land of one Kerr; thence N. 50° 36' E. by said Kerr land 57.15 feet to land of one Manning; thence N. 38° 24' W. by said Manning land 132 feet to the south- easterly side of said street; and thence southwesterly by the southeast- erly side of said street 58 feet to the point of beginning; being all the same premises devised under the first paragraph of will of Otis T. Nelson late of said Milford, allowed by the Probate Court for the County of Worcester July 10, 1900 Docket No. 26579. Mary E. Brown died the 14 December 1924 leaving the above grantors Jennie E. Carpenter and Cora N. Brown and Bertha M. Brown and Wm. H.Brown children and Carleton B. Kimball child of a deceased child. WITNESS our hands and seals this eleventh day of September 1925. Jennie E. 1-$1.00 Stamp Cancelled KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that whereas, Mary I. Brown of Exeter in the State of New Hampshire as Ad- ministratrix of the Estate of William H. Brown late of said Exeter, by virtue of a license granted to me on the eighth day of September, 1925 by the Probate Court, for the County of Worcester, in said Commonwealth, sold the real estate of the said deceased, hereinafter described, at private sale to Ida W. Olson, of Milford, in the County of Worcester, and Common- wealth of Massachusetts, for the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Dollars. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the said sum of Five Hun- dred Thirty Dollars to me paid by the said Ida W. Olson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do as Administratrix as aforesaid, and by virtue of the aforesaid license, hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY unto the said Ida W. Olson, an undivided one fifth of a certain parcel of land, including all buildings thereon, on the south- easterly side of Main Street, in said MILFORD, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a stone bound at the westerly corner of the granted premises on the southeasterly side of said street at land of Fannie W. Olson to Milford Sav. Bank

I, Ida W. Olson of Milford, Worcester County, Massachusetts for consideration paid, grant to the Milford Savings Bank, situated in Milford, Worcester County, Massachusetts, with MORTGAGE cove- nants to secure the payment of Two Thousand Dollars on demand with five and one half per centum interest per annum, payable semi-annually on the first day of March and September in each year both principal and interest being payable at said Savings Bank as provided in my note of even date, a certain parcel of land, including all buildings thereon, on the southeast- erly side of Main Street, in said MILFORD, bounded and described as fol- lows, to wit:- Beginning at a stone bound at the westerly corner of the granted premises on the southeasterly side of said street at land of Fannie W. Nelson; thence S. 40° E. by said Nelson land 132 feet to a stone bound at land of one Kerr; thence N. 50° 36' E. by said Kerr land 57.15 feet to land of one Manning; thence N. 38° 24' W. by said Manning land 132 feet to the southeasterly side of said street; and thence southwesterly by the southeasterly side of said street 58 feet to the point of beginning; being all the same premises described in deed of Jennie E. Carpenter and others to me, dated September 11, 1925 to be recorded with Worcester District Deeds, and in deed of Mary I. Brown as Administratrix of the Estate of Will- iam H. Brown to me dated September 11, 1925, to be recorded with said Deeds. This mortgage is upon the statutory condition, for any breach of which the mortgagee shall have the statutory power of sale. I, Victor Olson, husband of said mortgagor release to the mortgagee all right to an estate by the CURTESY and other interests in the mortgaged premises.
